The Rotarian knew he had to build just not ordinary schools, but Happy Schools.
“Rotary India Literacy Mission” (RILM) has embarked upon one of the most comprehensive programs on Total Literacy and Quality Education
called T-E-A-C-H. Most clubs in the world and especially in India have used this new vision of RI to transform the literacy scenario in their communities & neighbourhoods.
Each of these programs with specific focus is inter-linked with the others in objective and content, accompanied with improvement in
learning outcome of primary education and spread of adult literacy in various parts of the country.
