I come from Honnapura, a village in interior Karnataka, India. This place is about 70 kms away from Bangalore, which is a major urban center. I did my diploma in painting from Ravindra Kala Niketan Art College, Tumkur in 2001, and completed my post diploma studies in painting from Bangalore University in 2006. Presently I split my time between Bangalore and Honnapura my native village.
I’m a multi-disciplinary artist. I combine, drawing, painting, printmaking and collage as part of my work. I have shown my work in various parts of the India in group shows and solo shows.
