I’m Sashirekha Rajashekar, visual artist, practicing painting for the last 36 years.
My paintings are layers of images I witness on a day to day basis connecting me to memories within me and reconnecting me to the images I see in the present. On the visual stage (canvas) they all accommodate themselves creating a narrative with animals, humans, buildings, vehicles all participating in the drama.
