This painting shows that even in waste , in scrap , in what is discarded, life and beauty will always find a way .
In a way it reflects my innocent childlike belief in the victory of good over evil, in the enduring power of beauty and positivity.
I have painted motifs of botanical art , children , flowers leaves and trees
As a child I vividly recall first painting different flowers and leaves around me in detail to practice art. It feels so comforting to go back to these familiar subjects.
