Lord Shiva is a principal deity in Hinduism, known as “The Destroyer” within the Trimurti (trinity) alongside Brahma (The Creator) and Vishnu (The Preserver).
Shiva is often depicted with a third eye, a serpent around his neck, and the crescent moon on his head.
He symbolizes destruction, transformation, and regeneration, as well as aspects of meditation and asceticism.
