Collection must be done within 7 business days of confirmation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Within Bengaluru:<\/strong> Delivery is available at a nominal charge (\u20b9500\u2013\u20b91,000 depending on size\/weight).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outside Bengaluru:<\/strong> Buyers must arrange and pay for their own courier\/logistics provider. RCB will pack the oredr (as is) and hand over to the designated courier.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sculptures &amp; Heavy Works:<\/strong> Special handling charges may apply; buyers may need to arrange custom transport.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Insurance:<\/strong> Shipping is uninsured by default. Buyers may request insurance at their own cost, to be arranged separately. We are NOT responsible for any damage during shipping.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Timelines:<\/strong> Delivery timelines vary depending on location, courier availability, and creator submission.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tracking &amp; Responsibility:<\/strong> Once shipped, buyers receive a tracking ID for real-time updates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, or natural events beyond our control.<\/li>\n<li>Shipping and delivery depend on the courier, mode of transport, and the shipping destination from Bengaluru.
