Anuradha Varma is an HR professional with over 25 years of experience in leading HR verticals like learning ,leadership development, performance Mngt and Talent mngt.she has worked for leading ITES and Fintech companies Like Dell, Thomson Reuters and currently with EY,Global delivery services.
She has a PhD in English Literature and an MBA in English Literature. She has two children,Arjun who works for Microsoft and Niyati who’s in HR at a Fintech startup.
Anuradha has been Rotarian for 11 years and has managed various portfolios, mainly fellowship. She enjoys singing and is interested in women development in society.
