Ram is the Author of the Born to Win process, which is based on the Learnings from the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads. The program has impacted over 1,00,000 Entrepreneurs, Corporate Executives. For 40 years he has implemented the philosophy of I Can, You Can and We Can based on the principle of Aham Brahmasmi. He is now working to help empower and create 1 million Enlightened Entrepreneurs by aligning their Shakti -ICCHA, JNANA, KRIYA with MANAS and ABHYASA Shakti. His signature program is Enough is Enough- Dimag ki Botti J alao- take charge of your life. He joined the Rotary Club of Bangalore in 2003. During his stint as President of RCB in 2014-15, the Club was recognized as the Best Club in the District. The Club Contributed US $ 4,36,000 to TRF. At District 3190 – he has served as Deputy District Trainer (multiple times), Chair of the Conference Programs Committee (multiple times), Chair of the Empowerment Committee, District Secretary, Assistant Governor, Director Youth Services and Director Awards Committee.
