Inspired by the work of the great artist Ram Kinkar Baij I painted this portrait taking over 90 hours. It was painted in 4 to 5 layers from dark to light colours without any lines, adopting the sfumato technique.

This painting radiates with energy and drama. It conveys a powerful sense of awe, capturing the raw, majestic moment where the sun break through the clouds and collided with the restless power of the ocean.
