Dear Artists,
Rotary Club of Bangalore is delighted to invite you to participate in the upcoming edition of Kala For Vidya (KFV) – our annual Art for Education initiative.
About Kala For Vidya:
Kala For Vidya is rooted in two key objectives:
- Promoting Art and Artists
- Raising funds for Rotary Bangalore Vidyalaya, a school that serves children from underprivileged communities.
What to Expect:
In the October 2025 edition, selected artworks will be showcased:
- In a three-day Exhibition-cum-sale at
- Bangalore International Centre (BIC), Domlur
- 10th- 12th October 2025
- On our Online Art Gallery

- From 01 October to 31 December 2025
This extended exposure – both physical and digital – will significantly enhance the visibility and the sale potential of your artwork. An aggressive social media campaign will support the entire event
Application Guidelines:
- Eligibility: Open to all artists residing in India.
- Artwork: Only original works will be considered.
- Selection: A curated jury of artists and organisers will shortlist entries.
- Entry Fee:

| Emerging Artists | ₹1,100 |
| Established Artists | ₹3,300 |
| Print Makers | ₹550 |
- One application allows submission of up to 3 artworks.
- If you wish to submit more, kindly fill out additional entry forms and pay the respective fee.
- Entry Fee is non-refundable, even if the artwork is not selected.
- Applications without payment will not be processed.
Key Dates:
- Last Date to Apply: 31 August 2025
- Physical Exhibition: 10-12 October 2025
- Online Exhibition & Sale: 01 October – 31 December 2025
By submitting the application, the artist agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions. All decisions by the organisers and jury will be final.
