Rtn. R V Srihari

Rtn. R V Srihari is an accomplished engineering graduate with a management program from IIM Bangalore and over 25 years of diverse industry experience. He has held various leadership positions in sectors such as Telecom, ISP, Broadband, Recruitment and Staffing. Srihari is adept at cultivating and leading successful teams in both established and start-up environments.

He is the CEO and Director of a prominent HR company providing recruitment, staffing and payroll services.

Srihari joined Rotary Club of Bangalore in 2019. Since then, he has played a key role in vocational services. He has a special interest in skill development, employment, education, and livelihood. He has served as vocational services chair and co-chair multiple times. The Rotary Annual Job Fair was started by him and has successfully completed 3 years. This has been a great success of RCB offering more than 6000 + jobs. The BE’d scholarship program, miscellaneous skill development programs are some of the other noteworthy projects conducted by him.

He has a keen interest in coaching and hence pursuing his efforts in the area of health and wellness domain.

Srihari was born and brought up in Bangalore and his wife is Dr. Saumya, a pathologist at ESI Hospital. They have one son, Navneeth Athreya, who is doing his schooling. His interests are travelling, listening to music, and reading. As the Director of Vocational Services, Srihari intends to undertake some impactful projects that can give tangible results in terms of skill development, employment and livelihood improvement.
