Director -Vocational Service When the shopkeeper in Chickpet, the mother of the child studying at Rotary Bangalore Vidyalaya, the citizen of Palaar, the budding agricultural entrepreneur, the youngster looking for jobs in services/manufacturing/construction finds dignity, opportunity advancement, and confidence, this year’s vocational service would have lived up to the legacy Rotary Club of Bangalore has created over its decades of service above self.
In our quest to achieve these goals, we seek leadership, guidance and assistance. We intend to carry forward all the good things Rotary Club of Bangalore has done thus far but add to it, select areas that can get stickiness but also create small but meaningful path breakers.
In addition, in select areas, we will attempt to work with other clubs in our vicinity, other clubs we already work with, other clubs we have affiliations with and international clubs to take things forward.
