Rtn. Sukhen Padmanabha

Rtn. Sukhen Padmanabha heads the five decade old practice KPPA (M/s. K. P. Padmanabha and Associates). KPPA is an architectural and engineering design firm with a diverse functional portfolio consisting of educational campuses, corporate interiors, production facilities, residential, infrastructure and automobile facilities.

The firm provides services in architecture and allied services including landscaping and interiors to be a one stop solution. While the founder Mr K P Padmanabha was involved in the cricket stadium, Sukhen is involved in the design of the metro stations in Bengaluru and Ahmedabad. The company wants to be part of a structure that will last for 500 years.

Sukhen Padmanabha is an architect with a Master’s degree in Architecture from the USA and a Bachelor’s degree from Bengaluru. He is a certified green building architect and is passionate about energy conservation.

Sukhen Padmanabha is involved in community service through various organisations. In the Rotary Club of Bangalore, Sukhen had an enriching time as Community Services Director in 2014-15 and an invigorating experience as Youth Services Director in 2016, And he also served as Joint Secretary in 2018-19. He also completed his 3rd time as Director, for the International Services committee in the year 2022-23. He served as Vice President in the year 2023-24.

Sukhen’s daughter, Shefalika, is also an architect with a Master’s Degree in Sustainability from Tu. DELFT, Netherlands. Shefalika is currently pursuing her dream job with the 3rd largest architectural firm in London.

Sukhen’s interests are reading, playing various sports like tennis, badminton, golf and running.
