BLOOD DONATION CAMP AT RHF

On March 14, a Blood donation Camp was conducted by Karnataka Chapter of International Vaish Federation Youth Wing, along with Rotary-TTK Blood Bank at the Rotary House of Friendship.

The camp was inaugurated by Shri Sanjeev Kumar Bansal, General Secretary of IVF, Vineet Saraogi, Event Convenor IVF and Reshma Lakhotia, Program Director IVF.

Shri Sanjeev Kumar was very thankful to RCB for accommodating their request to conduct the camp in RHF. The entire team of IVF were impressed with the arrangements made by our staff.

Community Service Director Rtn M C Dinesh was present and interacted with the IVF Team.

The camp was conducted by adhering to all the Covid19 related protocols. A team consisting of a doctor and six support staff (nurses and technicians) from the Rotary-TTK Blood Bank at RHF handled the procedure.Thirteen volunteers were screened and 12 units of blood collected.

We would like to thank IVF for permitting Rotary-TTK Blood Bank to conduct this camp when there is shortage of blood currently.
