Empowering Independence: Rotary Club of Bangalore’s Historic Equity Drive Featured in Deccan Herald and Hosa Diganta
Freedom from the clutches of society. On the 15th of August, 2024, organized the Equity Drive, commemorating the 78th Indian Independence Day, the Rotary Club of Bangalore held the first of its kind Equity Drive where the car was navigated by the visually impaired.
Rotarians came out in good numbers to support the cause and drove the visually impaired around the area. It was indeed a moment of pride and freedom for all.
Witnessing the visually impaired navigate around the area under the guidance of Rotarians was a moment of pride for the members of Rotary Club of Bangalore.
